THE WINE: For this Wine Tasting Dinner, we’re going to take a trip to Spain. Mallory Young of Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits will be joining us to showcase four of their Spanish Wines: Beronia Rueda Verdejo 2021, Marqués de Murrieta Rioja Reserva 2017 and Vilarnau Cava Brut Reserva Rosé. Glazer’s is the world’s preeminent distributor of wine and spirits.
THE FOOD: Each of the Spanish wines will compliment a four course gourmet meal, created by European Master Chef Horst Pfeifer, former owner of Bella Luna (a fine dining restaurant in the French Quarter) and current owner of Middendorf’s Seafood Restaurant (marking its 90th anniversary this year).
