Randy Fandal, a fourth-generation Slidell native, has proudly served and protected his community and the State of Louisiana for over 36 years. Beginning his law enforcement career with the Slidell Police Department in 1980, he went on to earn national recognition with the Louisiana State Police, where he led critical programs combating illegal activity. After retiring in 2011 and completing a 2,184-mile hike to support charitable causes, Randy returned to law enforcement and, in 2016, was elected Slidell Chief of Police, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to public service and leadership.
